February Favorites!

Okay so what I have been lovin' this month? So obviously, since it is the month of love and all, I've been loving my awesome boyfriend, Omar! Of course, I don't or won't just love him this month but I thought it was somewhat reasonable to add him considering it was valentine's day this month and all. Usually I'm an opposer of the hallmark holiday, but why the hell not? (no offense to anyone by the way!) So me and my boyfriend have been together for about 2 years and half now and it's been pretty great! This Valentine's we kept it pretty simple, stayed home played video games and only went out to grab some food. Here's some pics of my honey and I this month:

My favorite drink this month has DEFINITELY been the Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato! It is so delicious!!! I personally, am a caramel lover and totally prefer it over chocolate, better yet with chocolate, yum! I always use it as a topping for my fro-yo and other yummy treats. So naturally I love Caramel flavored Starbucks, yeah I'm that girl. Anyway, this stuff is seriously great if you're in to the caramel flavored drinks I would so recommend this! Not to mention, the thing looks amazing!
My favorite quote this month has been the following:
I actually took and edited this picture myself. I found this quote early this week when wasting my life doing nothing and procrastinating (my area of expertise by the way). I was sitting watching criminal minds re-runs, and if you watch the show you probably know they always have really wise quotes at the end of pretty much all their episodes. As soon as this one was said, it immediatley struck out to me. It's probably because I tend to get caught in tiny problems which I turn in to giant situations. These troubles always seem to get the best of me and consume my life, disrupting from productive, positive thoughts. When I get out of that strange mojo, or work past the situation, I always find myself wondering why I made it such a big deal, wishing I hadn't in the first place. Whenever I do get to caught up in these things I tend to forget the good things that are going on all around me and miss amazing experiences because I can't give myself 100 percent due to worrying about little things that shouldn't be interfering with my everyday life. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who can get a use of this quote every now and then. So next time you see yourself facing a terrible situation and you just can't find the door, remember, it won't last forever, don't pain yourself more than you should.

Another thing I've really enjoyed this month is going to the park. What? In this winter weather?? Well yeah, I live in a small town in North Georgia where one day it snows, and the next to have beautiful weather in the high 60's maybe even 70's, that's Georgia weather. So a couple of weeks ago we had a few days, well recently at least one day of each week has been fairly beautiful. Whatever point is, I visited the park about three of those beautiful days this month and it was marvelous! On one of these occasions, my boyfriend and I went to get some food after church and hide a nice picnic out there. After we ate we walked around, played with a bouncy ball we strangely happened to have, and even played pretend after a while. There was even a point where I was a princess and he was my faithful knight who had to do as I say. Being the awesome boyfriend he is, he played right along and got himself a sword and shield! (a stick and acorn)  It was pretty funny, but super cute here are some pictures..

After the Park that same day we went to watch my still, oh so favorite movie, Frozen! That is hands down one of the most magical, beautiful movies I have watched in so long; simply watching it makes me happy. I will actually write a whole post on that movie because it is just that awesome.

My favorite candle this month has been my Villa Bergamot from Bath and Body Works! I initially got it because it has that sort of dreamy male  cologne smell. I don't know why I would want that in my room, but I do and I love it! it smells super yummy and kinda sexy, honestly. However after burning it to long the smell may get a little intense so beware if you aren't really in to that this candle was from some sort of Italian collection that had many scents inspired by the beautiful country.  It's described as a citrus blend with some lavender and geranium. I always like to burn it when sitting doing homework or reading, I find it extremely  comforting and relaxing.
